3 ounces tuna, canned in water, drained
5 tomatoes, cherry, halved
3 olives, jumbo
sliced red onion (optional)
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons white rice vinegar
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
3/4 cup fresh grapes (any color)


Mix tuna, tomatoes, olives, oil and vinegar in a bowl; mix lightly. Place on bed of lettuce.
Serve with grapes and a calorie free beverage.
