Bunnies and Eggs and Peeps...Oh My!

We're just one week away from Easter and I have to confess, I'm already starting to give in to temptation. My weakness is chocolate peanut butter eggs, well chocolate peanut butter anything... as long as it's gluten free! But truth be told, I will indulge next weekend and savor a delicious meal with my family, I'll sip on a couple glasses of wine and probably have one too many chocolate peanut butter eggs. But those moments in life are important too. I won't feel guilty about it, instead I will be ready to start fresh on Monday morning. This year I'm trying something new. Beginning on Monday, April 6, several of my fellow Beachbody coaches and I are going to do a 3-Day refresh followed by 30 days of clean eating and fitness designed to refresh and renew our bodies back to shape. It's great that our "Dream Team" is in this together. The support and encouragement we give one another really helps us all to stay on track and get in shape.
