Anyone can do these workouts. They are a mix of cardio, strength and flexibility routines that last a total of 30 minutes. They don't require a lot of equipment or space either. Each workout has modified moves for beginners or people with limited mobility.





Nutrition:

The 21 Day Fix eating plan is as simple as it gets. The program lays out all the food groups and includes 7 color-coded containers to help you portion your meals.
