Make August a Happy Ending to a New Beginning!

Sunday, August 7, 2016

August is a great time to start placing a focus on your health and fitness. Start with 21 Day Fix, Country Heat, PiYo or Yoga and join one of our online challenge groups
Here we are, it's August and already the craft stores are setting up the Christmas displays! Like it or not, it's back to school month and our summer is coming to a close. So here's what I'm thinking...

Let's make August a happy ending to a new beginning!

Back to school time is bitter sweet. As much as I hate to send them back, I have to admit, I feel a little selfish and relieved because I can finally find some time for myself. Who's with me?! Not a lot of time, as little as a half an hour a day is just enough to enjoy some quiet time and to refocus on my health and well being. It's easy to get off track with eating healthy and working out in the summer, and August is a great time to start thinking about turning it all around and making some lifestyle adjustments to put your health at the top of your to do list again. Let's face it, you can do a much better job of parenting when you are in good mental and physical health.

Whether you are starting a new health and fitness program or just getting back into the swing of things after the summer, it helps when you have the accountability of some friends who are going through the same journey. Kicking those bad eating and lifestyle habits is not easy, that's why having friends to workout with or someone who's there for you just for support is really important. Having an accountability partner can really help to keep you going on those days when you feel like throwing in the towel. An online challenge group is a great place to go to find accountability and support. It's a virtual group where we exchange recipes and meal plans, tips and advice on how to work fitness and good nutrition into your busy schedule, and share our struggles and accomplishments. It's a great way to socialize and meet some new friends and have a lot of fun too!

Here are 3 more challenge groups coming up in August! If you want to focus on nutrition, start with our 21 Day Fix group, if you're looking for something fun and energetic give Country Heat a try or if you really need something calming and refreshing join our 3-week Yoga and PiYo retreat at the end of the month. There really is something for everyone and all levels of fitness. A challenge pack is required for most challenge groups. It provides you with all the tools you need to complete the challenge and reach your goal. Beachbody gives us their best promotions in August so it's a great time to purchase a challenge pack or add on Shakeology to your program.

Working Out is a Reward, Not Punishment

Sunday, September 13, 2015

What a whirlwind month this has been so far! Sending the kids off to school this month was bitter sweet. My oldest is a senior in high school and I just don't know how that happened so fast. It seems like just yesterday I was strapping her into a car seat and now I have to call her for a ride home! There are college visits, homecoming and so many other milestones ahead for her this year. It is exciting, exhausting and heat breaking at the same time. And to think we'll get to do it all over again next year with our son. There's just so much to cram into 18 short years with your kids! I've been a soccer mom, cheer leading adviser, and PTO parent. My husband, Bill, coached many of their teams. The kids have been involved in basketball, baseball, swimming, football, volleyball, dance, gymnastics, music, scouting, orchestra, and on and on. And our youngest is still in grade school so there doesn't appear to be an end to the madness any time soon!

Being involved in organized sports and activities has taught them so many valuable life lessons. Every practice, game and private lesson is a reward, not punishment. There wasn't one time that I ever had to drag my kids into the car and force them to go. And so Bill and I made a promise to them a long time ago that as long as they were well behaved, did well in school and made us proud, we would do whatever it would take to make sure they got to do all those things that are important to them. And so far they've kept their end of the deal.

When I began my journey with Beachbody last year I desperately needed a transformation. Battling rheumatoid arthritis left me unfit and over weight. I had damaged joints, was weak and suffered fatigue that I can only describe as living half conscious. Before my illness, I hated to workout. I didn't see the need for it and I didn't have the time for it. When you tell yourself that exercise is too hard, too painful and too much work - you will fail. But waking up one day and not being able to stand up or walk unassisted, changed everything. Being robbed of mobility and strength, and suddenly having to depend on others for help, reminded me of how foolish I was to take good health for granted. It was so important to me that my kids work hard and make good choices, but I failed to keep up my end of the deal. So I began to look at nutrition and fitness the same way that my kids viewed sports and music, as a gift - a reward, not punishment. Today, fitness is something I look forward to. I enjoy it and I make time for it - everyday. I no longer take good health for granted. Fitness is now something that I need and I take it seriously because it's my best defense against future attacks of the disease.

I write about my own experiences because I hope to inspire others to be proactive about their health. Life is unpredictable and it's impossible to know just what we'll face in the coming years, but in times of crisis, the best offense is a good defense. Making smart choices about health and happiness today will certainly work in your favor. And if you think it's too late, you're too old or way too overweight to do anything about it - you are wrong. It aint over! Doing a workout for the first time, joining a challenge group, eating clean.... every small healthy step you take is one step away from a bad habit. Get in a routine of making good choices every day and it becomes a lifestyle.

For me, coaching is a way to help other people find their fit formula, one that is rewarding and helps them be happy, healthy and smart. I promote Beachbody programs because that is what worked for me and I believe in their formula that focuses on complete wellness through fitness, nutrition and support. I encourage people to replace old bad habits with better, healthier choices - regardless of age, weight, or ability. If you're ready to make your health a priority and you're not sure where to start, I would love to help you. Beachbody fitness programs are a good place for anyone to start a new fitness routine but most people find success through online accountability and support groups, called challenge groups. The groups are not free, but they come with a lifetime of benefits. Are you ready to invest in yourself, challenge yourself, transform yourself?

Get in Shape Without Beating Yourself Up!

What is PiYo?

PiYo is a low-impact, high-intensity body-transformation program. It uses the most effective Pilates and yoga-inspired moves set to a fast pace to help you burn fat while you sculpt long, lean muscles.

You’ll carve every inch of your body without jumps, without weights, and without straining your joints. And rest assured, there’s no complex choreography to learn. Chalene Johnson takes you step-by-step through the moves where you’ll use your body weight to lose weight and get intensely defined! You get your strength, your cardio, and your flexibility training all in one program.

Why is PiYo effective?

PiYo delivers the muscle-sculpting, core-focused benefits of Pilates along with the flexibility and power of yoga. PiYo’s low-impact compound exercises engage multiple muscle groups at the same time—while keeping your body in constant motion. As you progress from one fluid movement to the next without rest, you’ll maintain an optimal heart rate to incinerate calories throughout the whole workout! The result? You get a low-impact, high-intensity, total-body workout, giving you a physique that’s long, lean, and powerfully defined.

How to get started with fitness without breaking a sweat

Sunday, May 24, 2015

If you haven’t exercised or tried to eat clean in a while (or ever!), Day 1 of a 30, 60, or 90-day fitness and nutrition program can feel intimidating.

It doesn’t have to be. Here are several small things you can do to get started. With these simple tips, you can begin to prepare your body and mind for a healthier lifestyle before you even break a sweat or eat your first green vegetable. Though you could snack on some snap peas while reading this article…

Figure Out How Many Calories You Should Eat

Knowing is half the battle, right? Use this simple method to determine approximately how many calories you should try to eat each day:

  • Sedentary lifestyle (desk job): Current weight in pounds x 12 = Maintenance Caloric Needs.
  • Moderately active lifestyle (server in a restaurant and/or doing one of our entry level programs, like Power 90 or Hip Hop Abs: Current weight in pounds x 13 = Maintenance Caloric Needs.

  • Highly active lifestyle (construction worker and/or doing one of our elite programs, like P90X or INSANITY): Current weight in pounds x 14 = Maintenance Caloric Needs.

From there, subtract 500 calories and that’s probably a good deficit for weight loss. (But make sure that number stays about 1,200. Anything lower can be dangerous in the long term.) Conversely, if you’re trying to gain muscle mass, add 300 calories or so—but make sure you’re also doing a solid weight lifting program like Body Beast so those calories have a place to go.

Stretch

Get those muscles ready to move. If you haven’t used them in a while, do some gentle stretching to wake them up and get familiar with the current limits of your flexibility. Knowing where you’re tight can help prevent injury. Try these stretches to improve hip and lower back flexibility so you’ll be ready to move comfortably in workouts.

Start to Move More

Even if you’re not Pushing Play yet, you can begin to make an effort to move your body more every day. Take a walk, stand (or do squats!) when you talk on the phone, take the stairs, park a little farther away from your destination, stretch during television commercials, rearrange the furniture in your living room.

Drink Water

Being dehydrated can make you sore even if you don’t exercise. Set yourself up for success, and minimize initial muscle soreness, by drinking plenty of water in the days leading up to the start of your fitness program. Get in the habit of drinking enough water every day. How do you know if you if you're getting enough water? Use this simple formula:

Your current body weight (in pounds) x 0.5 = Ounces of water to drink each day

Throw Away Junk Food

Empty your desk, cupboards, fridge, freezer, car, and secret snack stash drawer of foods and drinks you know you shouldn’t be eating. If you want to reach your fitness goal, prevent temptation by removing junk food from your house. If the packaged foods are unopened, donate them. We know you spent good money on those Ding Dongs and Doritos, but they are doing the opposite of helping you reach your health and fitness goals.

Build a Healthy Pantry

Now that you’ve eliminated the processed junk food from your home, replace it with good-for-you staples that will help you create healthy meals every day.

Set Up Your Work Out Space

This could be as easy as moving the coffee table in your living room, or as elaborate as setting up a dedicated gym in your garage or basement. You won’t need much space to exercise, but it’s a good idea to figure out where you’ll do it and make the space usable and inviting for the workouts you’ll be doing.

Plan an Outing that Involves Exercise

A great way to get into the spirit of exercise before you actually commit to a fitness program is to plan activities with friends that get you moving. Invite friends or family for a hike, go ice skating, or organize a softball or flag-football game.

Find Your Reason Why

Celebrity trainer Tony Horton says, “If you’re really caught up in the numbers on the scale, or the dress size, and what’s happening with the tape measure, chances are that does’t really motivate or inspire you. Find a new purpose. Find a new reason why. The reason why has got to be so powerful, so strong that you’re not going to quit, you’re not going to fail, and you’re going to be consistent, and show up 5-7 days a week for the rest of your life.”

Build a Support System

Getting fit doesn’t have to be something you do alone! Announce your commitment to get healthier and stronger to your friends, family, and coworkers. Start or join a Challenge Group, join a Facebook group, or recruit workout buddies and accountability partners to help you stay motivated when your resolve starts to slip or you feel tempted to make unhealthy choices.

Make Time in Your Schedule

Figure out when you’ll fit exercise into your daily schedule and begin to make adjustments to reserve that time slot every day. Will you work out in the morning? During your lunch break? In the evenings? Schedule exercise time in your calendar and commit to it as an important meeting with yourself. You wouldn’t skip a meeting with your boss just because you feel tired or grumpy, would you? No, you’d be there on time with a smile on your face and do your best to impress.

Lose a Few Pounds Before You Start Exercising

Kick-start weight loss and learn healthy eating habits with 3-Day Refresh. Find out more here.

It’s OK to Start Slowly

You don’t have to Push Play and go full speed on the first day. If you’ve been spending the last few months or years sitting on the couch, just do what you can. It’s OK to start with a few minutes of exercise and work your way up to a full workout. Five or ten minutes of exercise a day is better than no minutes. Try to add one minute each day until you can do a full workout. In his article, 5 Steps to Avoid Muscle Soreness, our fitness expert Steve Edwards said, “It’s very tempting to begin an exercise program with a lot of enthusiasm, but try your best to go at a reasonable pace. If you’ve never exercised, or it’s been a long time since you have, go much easier than you feel you are capable of on Day 1 and ramp things up at a pace that is based on how you feel. If you’re not sore, go a little harder the next day. If you’re a little sore, take it down a notch.”

How many times have you passed up the opportunity of a lifetime because
the voice inside you was screaming - No way, Jose!
What are you afraid of? What are you waiting for?
"The man on top of the mountain didn't fall there"
 ~ Vince Lombardi
I was very lucky to have been able to stay at home while my kids we're young. My husband and I made the decision to put the needs of our family first and because of that we both made sacrifices. I gave up a corporate job that I loved and he took on the added work load and stress to provide for our family. It was very hard for both of us but, at the same time, we wouldn't have traded the last 17 years for anything in the world.

Okay, let's rewind for a minute...

When I met Bill, my husband, I had the the life I dreamed of. I was 23 and young, wild and free. I had a great job and was making a lot of money. I bought a sports car, I could travel wherever and whenever I wanted. I had no intention of getting married, having kids or giving up my freedom. That was too important to me.
"When you put unimportant things first, the important people in your life suffer the most" ~Brenda Ajay

Just 2 years later, as I found myself walking down the aisle, I remember thinking - I made the right choice. I love Bill and being married doesn't mean I have to give up a single thing. Truth be told, we both made a lot of sacrifices. "My life" became "Our lives" and I quickly learned the 90/10 rule.
"Marriage is not 50/50 but rather 90/10. The trick is knowing when it's your turn to be 90 and your turn to be 10." ~ unknown
I took a big leap of faith when I married Bill, and an even bigger jump when I became a mother to my 3 beautiful, happy, healthy and smart kids. And the journey has been both challenging and rewarding. And as kids grow - they're now 17, 16 and 11 - so do expenses! Music lessons, sports equipment, gymnastics, clothes, car insurance...college!

Something's got to give...

As time passed and pressure mounted, we both began feeling the stress of keeping up with the needs of our family. I had recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and my illness only added to the burden. Medical bills piled up, I was sick and tired all the time and things got very hard for us both personally and financially. Bill, inspired by his love of working out and Beachbody fitness programs, thought it would be a good idea for me to become a Beachbody coach. I thought he was crazy! Couldn't he see how sick I was? I had gained 60 pounds and I couldn't even raise my arms about my head much less work out - No Way! But I'll admit I was curious about it. I started following some blogs from Beachbody trainers like Chalene Johnson and Autumn Calabrese, and Beachbody coaches like Melanie Mitro and Jenelle Summers. I was interested in clean eating as a way to manage my RA and found their information very helpful. Slowly, one-day-at-a-time, I began feeling better, fitter and stronger just from clean eating. Once I got the RA under control, my doctor suggested I begin a fitness program. So I decided to give Beachbody's 21 Day Fix a try. The program was a great way for me to get into fitness. It was everything Beachbody promised, offering simple fitness, simple meal planning and lots of support. I went on to do P90 and joined my first challenge group with the help of my coach, Melanie Mitro. The challenge group was such a great experience. I met some new friends, lost weight, got a lot stronger and also enjoyed learning about Melanie's life as a coach. She was very passionate about her job and enjoys helping people and as we came to know each other, she invited me to become a coach. She pointed out the same things Bill had been saying all along and encouraged me to inspire others with my success. Once again, I found myself saying - No Way!

I almost passed up on an opportunity of a lifetime. But instead I took another giant leap of faith. I decided to become a Beachbody coach because I believed I could help other people. I wanted to help contribute to our family's income; I wanted to help other people become happy, healthy and strong; and I wanted to keep reaching for new goals.

Help Wanted:

Now I'm looking for one person who can help me reach my goals. I know you're there....yes, you! Are you waiting for a sign? This is is. I want to help you because I know you will help others. I'm on a mission to help as many people as I can become happy, healthy and strong, but I can't do it alone. This can be YOUR opportunity of a lifetime. Become a part of a growing company, take advantage of a killer discount of lots of health and fitness, and beauty products, and you can earn money while getting in the best shape of your life. I know how hard it is to take that first step. I walked into this journey weighting 200 pounds - just climbing a flight of stairs was a struggle! I did all this while managing a busy schedule with three kids and working a part time job outside of the home. I thought it was impossible. If I can do it, anyone can! Do you like helping people? Do you want to work from home? Do you want to have fun (and believe me we have a lot of fun!) while earning money? Then you are the one I am looking for. Ready - Go! Take a leap of faith and fill out the application below:

Finding Your Reason Why?

Monday, April 6, 2015

Do New Year's Resolutions Work?

Studies show that the number 1 New Year's resolution in America is to lose weight, in fact 50% of New Year's resolutions involve improving your health and wellness in some way. Did you lose weight? Are you ready to run a 5K? Did you quite smoking? Sadly, most of us fall short of our goals every year. When that happens it's usually because your resolution was really nothing more than a wish or a dream.

In order to achieve your goals you need to find your reason why.

There has to be a strong emotional attachment. Ask yourself why it's so important to lose weight? How will you feel when you're able to do something you've never done before? Who will you inspire? Will your accomplishment lead to a great reward? The answers are your reason why.

Your reason why is very personal. Each of us has one but sometimes we need to dig down deep inside to uncover it. It's not easy for any of us to admit that we need to change. We don't like to hear ourselves admit to imperfections, maybe because it feels weak or embarrassing, or let's just face it - our pride gets in the way. In reality, admitting we have weakness and stepping up to make a change is empowering. It's really just the first step in a transformation that will result in a better, stronger, happier version of ourselves. Are you worried about what people think? DON'T BE! Think about what worries you! Think about your reason why and know that your transformation will inspire others.

Gaining control of my weight and health in order to manage rheumatoid arthritis was my reason why. I realized that I needed to act now and make the necessary lifestyle changes so that I would be able to enjoy the rest of my life to the fullest. I am very fortunate that my RA is presently under control. At the age of 44, it left me with a golden opportunity to bounce back and regain my health. I knew doing so and getting in the best possible shape I could would put me in a better position to manage my symptoms in the future. Certainly the extra weight would be hard on my joints and would eventually really limit what I could do down the road. I wanted to be able to participate in my children’s lives and not just sit and watch. Remembering "why" I made this lifestyle change is what propels me forward when it's not convenient to stick with it!  Sure, I get off track some days, everyone does. But when I find myself making poor choices I stop to remind myself of my reason “why” – my kids, my husband, my health, the places I want to go and see… and that’s a powerful motivator to pull things together again.

Your reasons become stronger than your excuses.

Once you've identified your reason why, you need an action plan. This is where Beachbody can help. When it comes to fitness and weight loss, Beachbody is unique because they have developed a system to help you reach your goals. When you purchase a Beachbody fitness program you are getting so much more than just a workout DVD. You're getting a 3 part system that involves fitness, nutrition and support - a plan of action that is easy to follow and attainable. Keep up with the workout DVDs, follow the nutritional guide and stay motivated with advice and encouragement from 1:1 personal coaching, and you will be successful.

What is Beachbody?

Our mission is to help people achieve their goals and enjoy healthy, fulfilling lives

Have you seen the infomercials?

Beachbody is the #1 supplier of home fitness programs in America, and is the creator of the nation's most popular fitness and weight loss programs including 21 Day Fix, P90X, INSANITY, Brazil Butt Lift, Slim in 6, Turbo Jam, and Hip Hop Abs and many others. The company is also the creator of the popular meal replacement shake called Shakeology - AKA "the healthiest meal of the day," and supplements like 3-Day Refresh and Ultimate Reset. Beachbody programs are different from other fitness DVDs because each program contains a series of DVDs designed to be used in combination with easy-to-follow diet guidelines, and an online community of support.

What's the difference between Beachbody and Team Beachbody?

Beachbody supplies the fitness and nutrition products that we use, and Team Beachbody is an online community created to help people stay motivated with their workout program from start to finish. Once you become a Team Beachbody member you will be assigned a personal coach, like me, to help you reach your goals. The job of a coach is to help support and motivate others to lose weight, get in
shape and live a healthier lifestyle. Our overall mission is to help as many people as possible join the Beachbody Challenge and help end the trend of obesity by focusing on clean eating and losing weight the HEALTHY way. .

Team Beachbody members also get tips and advice from other coaches, trainers, and experts. You'll find personalized meal plans packed with healthy recipes, the online SuperGym, for tracking your progress and member discounts. Share your transformation story and you have the chance to win $1,000 and be entered in The Beachbody Annual Challenge Contest.

What is a Team Beachbody Challenge Group?

Beachbody coaches host online challenge groups for Team Beachbody members that range from 7 to 90 days in length. A challenge group is a small group of people who are ready to commit 100% to getting healthy. Led by a Team Beachbody coach, the purpose is to help you transform your life through an easy-to-follow nutrition plan, guided workouts and daily accountability. The groups take place via a closed Facebook group or app (if you don't have access to Facebook) so it's convenient and private. You have the flexibility to workout whenever you like, in the privacy of your own home. You simply check into the Facebook group at least once a day for news and information and to let us all know how you're doing. They are meant to be a fun and rewarding experience for everyone. The challenge groups are a great way to form lasting friendships with one another. In fact, it's very common for friends to reunite and take part in future sessions. To participate in a challenge group you are required to:
  • Join a private Facebook group and check in at least once per day

Ready for your Fix?

Thursday, March 26, 2015

You bet!

How many times have you tried a new weight loss program? How many times have you been successful and have been able to keep the weight off? I've been there, lots of times, riding the weight loss roller coaster and frustrated without seeing results. I was tired of spending money on wasted gym memberships, witch doctor "medicinal" methods, over the counter pills, cabbage soup and whatever else would look promising. Fail, fail, fail...

I finally found my Fix!

I couple of years ago I was really going through a rough time battling Rheumatoid Arthritis and chronic inflammation. I had done my homework and decided that the best treatment for me would partner modern medicine with nutrition and fitness. My plan was to take it one step at a time and begin by cleaning up my diet. The whole idea of clean eating seemed overwhelming. I wasn't sure what to buy, I wasn't very good at portion control and meal preparation. I was always on the run and I just didn't know how I would stay fixed on the program given my busy lifestyle. I also thought it would be expensive and I worried that I would be cooking double meals, one for me and one for my family.

On impulse, I decided to buy 21 Day Fix from Beachbody. I thought to myself, if I couldn't stick to the meal plans at least the workout DVD's might come in handy. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! I found 21-Day Fix to be a complete program that really met my needs. It made eating clean and losing weight simple and easy to follow. For me, it has been life changing. I feel better, stronger and younger. 21 Day Fix proves that clean eating and fitness does not have to be difficult and inconvenient. Believe me, if I can master it - anyone can!

What is 21 Day Fix?

The 21 Day Fix program takes the guesswork out of weight loss. It's a unique portion-control system combined with easy-to-follow workouts that fit into anyone's busy schedule. Trainer Autumn Calabrese shares her passion for food and fitness as she shows you how to make simple choices that add up to life-changing results.

It has been life changing for me and I'd love for you to give it a try too. Over the next few days, I'll be profiling various Team Beachbody programs and topics on Facebook using the hash tag #BeachbodyChangedMyLife. Follow along and find out everything you ever wanted to know about Beachbody. Learn about fitness and nutrition programs, challenge groups, meal planning and see real life transformations.

Challenge Group 101

Sunday, March 15, 2015

If you're reading this post it's probably because you heard something about a “Challenge Group” online or maybe on my Facebook page or Instagram. And you're probably someone who is thinking about improving your health or losing weight or maybe just need to jump start your fitness routine to get your beach body back in time for summer. No doubt you've probably seen the infomercials on TV for Beachbody fitness programs like P90-X, Insanity, T25, The 21 Day Fix. But have you ever wondered if they really work. Do people really get those kind of results by working out at home?
The answer is YES!

It starts with a Coach

That's me. My name is Brenda Ajay and my job is to support you by helping to match you up a fitness program that meets your needs. I'll first contact you either by email, Facebook or phone to ask you a few simple questions about your interests, goals and level of experience with fitness. I'll ask you questions like:
  • What are you struggling with?
  • What have you done in the past?
  • What worked and what failed?
  • What level of fitness are you currently at? (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
These types of questions help me to determine which program will fit your needs the best.

Next pick your Fitness Program

Are you new to BeachBody? No worries, there really is a fitness program for everyone. If you're hesitant about trying a program because it looks like it's to intense or difficult for you, BeachBody's trainers have created ways to modify the moves and slow things down to meet your comfort level. Just keep doing the program consistently, to the best of your ability, and you will be able to do all those challenging exercises before you know it! Do you already have a BeachBody fitness program in mind? Challenge groups are perfect is you just need a little more support to stay accountable to their own fitness journey.

Maybe you're new to “Clean Eating“? Challenge groups are a great way to learn how to adopt clean eating as a way of life. Our Team really focuses on the principles of eating healthy. And the nutritional part of the challenge group is a very important part of achieving success. Clean Eating is NOT starving yourself, It's a lifestyle where you are able to have balance between the meals you love, the cheats you want to have, and then making healthy choices! I'll help you change your bad eating habits into healthy eating habits that last for life. That's what Challenge Groups and Coaches are here to do.

Then Shake it Up!

A very important part of the challenge group is drinking Shakeology. This is our meal replacement shake, not a protein shake. This is going to be your one constant nutritionally dense meal per day that is quick, convenient, and easy. These shakes can be used as a nutritional supplement or replace one of your 3-6 small meals a day. For more information on Shakeology CLICK HERE! How you decide to use Shakeology is up to you! We will show you how to plan your other meal for the day by creating weekly meal plans and prepping your food for an entire week.

Friends help you reach your goals

Finally, Our Challenge Groups are CLOSED online support groups that are run through a PRIVATE Facebook page. Nobody but the people in that group are able to see what is being posted. Each day your going to log into the group and there will be a daily post from me (your coach) or another coach on our Team. We will be giving you fitness tips, nutrition tips, recipes, meal plans, and trouble shooting. We are going to set goals, take before and after pictures, track our own progress, and talk about how  you manage your life when your busy and your pulled in a million different directions. How do you fit your workout into that busy day when you feel like your focus should be in so many different areas? We are going to teach you all these great tools and great tips throughout the Challenge Group process. All you have to do is show up everyday, report your progress, and stay ACCOUNTABLE! I will walk you through every step of the way!
