Did you watch NBC's new fitness challenge "Strong" that premiered last week?
This new fitness challenge takes average women, just like you and me, and pairs them up with a personal trainer as their team mate and mentor. Each of them is on a journey to reach their full potential. In the show, each contestant is paired with a personal trainer, but in our group it's even better. You'll have access to a celebrity trainer to guide your workouts and a personal coach to motivate and support you and to answer any questions you might have along the way. It's called accountability and it's very important. The accountability that you'll find in the group is what keeps everyone going. You will not quit and you will not fail!
