Team Beachbody Ultimate Guide #TBUG

I'm Ba-ack!! I think this is the first holiday in several years that I fully enjoyed. All the hard work over the last couple of years is really starting to pay off. My RA is FINALLY under control so I'm pain free, I've got energy and basically feel like my old self. Welcome Back!!!


And I'll admit it feels nice when other people notice. When I'm asked what I've been doing I explain that it is an ongoing process. A step-by-step, remedy that began with expert medical intervention partnered with my own simple lifestyle changes - clean eating and moderate exercise.











Here's the thing -  It's a LIFESTYLE not a DIET! And it DID NOT happen overnight. I set small goals for myself, and over time they became BIG successes. I researched lots of diets and fitness programs and finally came across #TeamBeachbody. My Rheumatologist and Endocrinologist both agreed that Beachbody's programs are safe and effective.
It's Go time!




A Winning Formula:

I began by cleaning up my diet. Eating 3 meals and 3 snacks per day consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and fish. I eliminated gluten (I have a sensitivity to gluten. It is not a requirement of clean eating), limited sugar and drink plenty of water. Eventually, I began exercising regularly and used programs like 21-Day Fix, P90 and PiYo. It was not easy, but today eating clean and exercise are part of my daily routine. It's become a habit, not an inconvenience.

So I'm a believer. And I want to share what I've learned with you. I've had lots of questions lately from my friends and family about Beachbody. I understand that you want to know more.

So I'm going to try something new. Starting today and continuing all month I will be posting a
Team Beachbody Ultimate Guide and I'll be using the hashtag #TBUG all over social media.
