Ingredients:
- Your favorite yogurt
 - Assorted dried fruit (choose your favorites)
 - Your favorite nuts or seeds
 - Why not throw in some raisins, craisins or dried cherries?
 - Parchment paper
 
Directions:
- Mix together the yogurt and whatever ingredients you choose
 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
 - Spread the mixture over the parchment paper in an even layer
 - Place in freezer
 - Once frozen break in to pieces
 - Enjoy!
